这种金属板材试验机可以轻松、快速准确地执行目前主要的和已知的铁金属和非铁金属的深拉试验方法以及许多其他工艺检验法：板材及带材的艾式杯突试验和艾式深拉钵杯试验。主要特性是：方形拉力 (40 x 40 mm 或 70 x 70 mm)，深拉展平试验 (ISO 16630)，变形曲线测定 (FLC)，LDH 测试，板材保持力快速释放深拉试验（针对末端试验），可预选拉伸冲头路径的杯突试验，使用热拉伸装置最高达 550°C/700 °C 的深拉试验，根据 ISO 16808 进行的鼓起测试，根据 DIN ISO 1520 进行的涂覆板材艾式杯突试验，冲压漆和卷材连续涂覆深拉钵杯试验。根据要求进行特殊试验。 ERICHSEN推出的全新全自动板材测试系统，实现了从试样进料到数据评估的全自动化测试流程。
